This recruitment is mainly for terminal factory customer development and maintenance positions, for industry sales engineers with certain qualifications, which require good communication skills.
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for the terminal market development and sales of IC products, develop new customers and maintain follow-up customer relations;
Collect data about potential customers, understand and discover their needs, develop new customers, open up new markets and increase the sales scope of products;
Maintain customer relationship, follow up and control the corresponding progress;
Responsible for market dynamics, industry information, data collection and analysis of competitors;
Sales analysis and summary.
Requirements:
Having good professional ethics, being practical and able to work hard; Outgoing personality, quick thinking, strong communication and coordination ability, honesty and dedication, conscientious and responsible, and sense of teamwork;
Like to make sales, like to break through themselves, and take the initiative to pursue breakthroughs in performance and dare to challenge high salaries;
Having more than one year of factory customer sales experience in the electronic components industry is preferred, with certain resources and connections;
Familiarity with major electronic components (power management PUMIC, DC-DC, AC-DC, MCU, Mosfet, etc.) and brands (TI, ON, Fairchild, Toshiba, etc.);
Familiar with the industry, such as digital accessories, Type-C, mobile power, BMS battery management, WiFi module, car charging and other market customer experience, it is best to have certain customer resources;
Good customer service awareness and pre-sale risk control can independently solve other problems during and after sales.Compensation

Job responsibilities
Publish information on the company’s B2B platform, develop customers and obtain orders;
Contact customers by mail, telephone and other means to reach a deal;

Has relevant working experience, and is familiar with and knows how to operate TBF, Alibaba International Station, Hong Kong Electronic Inventory, SeekIC and other websites;
